Katherine Kaufman is a Certified Health Practitioner and offers Health & Lifestyle Coaching as a Minister of The Synergistic Foundation. She has trained at Heartwood Institute in California, and received her Reiki Masters while studying in India. Katherine is also a certified Raw Culinary Chef and Living Foods Instructor.

Polarity Energy Balancing

The foundation of Polarity is diet and nutrition, positive lifestyle coaching and hands on healing. Polarity Balancing is therapeutic for emotional, spiritual and/or physical stagnation or pain.

While on the massage table, there is foot reflexology, cranial (head) balancing, rocking and sound healing.

This work can be very gentle and soothing, or quite invigorating, balancing ones' energy system deep down to the cellular level.

Transformational Breath Work

One of the most powerful and effective tools for transforming dis-eased energy, such as negative thought patterns, chronic and acute pains and general depression and anxiety.

Through continuous and deep breathing, we transform our frequency to a higher vibration, where optimal health is naturally achieved.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle and powerful tool that channels healing energy to the deepest cells in the body. Sessions take place with the client fully clothed and the therapists hands are above or gently resting upon the client. Clients often experience deep relaxation, warmth and profound healing.


Aroma Touch Massage

AromaTouch Massage Technique utilizes eight specific essential oils and blends to promote relaxation and stress relief, offer immune support, decrease pain and inflammation and elevate mood. Essential oils applied along energy lines and on reflexology points stimulate homeostasis and balance in the body.

Laughter Yoga

A practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.Laughing is an easy way to strengthen all immune functions, bring more oxygen to the body and brain, foster positive feelings and improve interpersonal skills.
